The EntrePass is aimed at foreign entrepreneurs who wish to establish or operate a business in Singapore. Applicants must operate a business that is venture-backed or focused on innovative technologies. EntrePass applications are evaluated jointly by MOM and Enterprise Singapore. Unlike other passes, candidates can apply directly for an EntrePass.
The initial pass is valid for one year, and subsequent renewals last for up to two years. EntrePass holders have the flexibility to start and operate a business in Singapore. Eligible family members can obtain passes to live in Singapore. EntrePass holders are not subject to quotas or levies.
