Personalised Employment Pass (PEP)
The Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) offers flexibility for high-earning professionals and certain Employment Pass holders to change jobs without having to reapply for a new pass. The PEP allows the holder to remain in Singapore for up to six months without a job.
To qualify, the applicant must be an existing Employment Pass holder with a fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 12,000 or an overseas professional with a last drawn monthly salary of at least SGD 18,000. The PEP is valid for three years and is non-renewable. Holders of the PEP are also eligible to bring their spouse, children, and parents to Singapore under family passes.
